Caballito Cerrero Azul 46 is a Legendary Agave distill that is not Tequila only because they don´t want to certify, they are rebbels. The agave they harvest comes only from their own lands and they are the only destillery producing with other agaves than only blue in the region. The second destilation is made in a 100 year old copper alambique. A true example of what Tequila should be, even though it is not a Tequila Politically.
